At our store, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return according to the policy below.

Return Eligibility

  • Customers can request a return within 3 days of receiving the product.

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • If the product is damaged, defective, or the wrong item, you are eligible for a return or replacement.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

All orders are delivered through Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan. Please check your product at the time of delivery to ensure everything is correct.

Return Process

If you want to return a product, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us within 3 days of receiving the product.

  2. Provide your Order Number and clear photos of the product.

  3. Our support team will review your request and guide you through the return process.

Refund Policy

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, your refund will be processed.

  • Refunds will be issued through Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, or JazzCash.

  • Refund processing may take 3–5 working days.

Non-Returnable Conditions

Returns will not be accepted if:

  • The product has been used or damaged by the customer.

  • The return request is made after 3 days of delivery.

  • The product is returned without original packaging.
